Monday Morning Prayer

Father,

Help me be faithful to You and to Your calling, even when

• persecution comes,

• I realize the temporary status of my dwelling place,

• others are harsh,

• I feel alone,

• society’s norms turn away from You,

• this life is wearisome.

Help me stand tall in Your grace, Your love, Your strength, Your honor —

and having done all I can,

to stand.

Ephesians 6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
