Heart’s Journey to Rest

I know a place where I find rest

Where my heart is fully blessed

Perfect peace unsurpassed

Your love holds me fast

At Your cross where mercy flowed

There You bore sin’s heavy load

You freed my heart to live again

Ransomed from sin’s pain

When temptations o’er me roll

Overwhelm my troubled soul

Your strong arms rescue me

Break my spirit free

You are my place of perfect rest

The place my heart is fully blessedYou are my peace unsurpassed
