Work with Me, People

Sometimes I can imagine God saying, “Work with me, people”.

I have offered you

• love

• redemption

• peace

• joy

• strength for each day

• goodwill

• grace

• provision

• abundant life

• direction

• rest

• purpose

• righteousness

• guidance

• abundant life

• eternal security

but you continue to go your own way.

You seek the temporal over the eternal,

lust over love,

license over liberty,

greed over grace,

rioting over righteousness,

consumption over contentment.

I have offered you the fruit of the Promised Land, but you continue to chew on the husks of Satan’s harvest.

You are chained to

• your desires,

• your control,

• your choices,

and they are taking you down.

Choose Me. Come to Me.

Release your perceived control into My capable hands.

Come to Me, and I will give you rest.
