Redeemer

We sold ourselves into sin – enmity with God, open rebellion as we charged after our own ways, sought only our own desires and glorified our own selfish needs.
Satan used us, warped our intellect, wasted our emotions, and dumped us on the trash heap of life.
There we lay bruised, dirty, and broken, totally incapable of helping ourselves, completely unable to calm our own fears, raise our own hopes, or lift our bodies from the refuse.
Finally, at the end or ourselves, we looked up. Up to the God we had scorned, up to the Heaven we had mocked.
We looked for judgment, but He offered redemption.
The Redeemer paid the price to purchase us back from Satan and call us to Himself. He placed His own worth on us.
Lover of my soul. Messiah. Savior. Jesus.
I Peter 2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
