Journey’s End

Our journey was rerouted by a family emergency, so we will not finish the entire trip. The trip, while shorter than planned, was enjoyable and cherished. We are thankful for the moments of respite, the places we saw, the people we met and worshiped with, and the people with whom we prayed. We are especially grateful for the ability to drop and drive when needed by family. That is a true treasure.
Wherever we are, we choose to enjoy each day that God gives us. We know that God is in control of our footsteps, and we are glad to follow where He leads.
For the sake of closure, I am posting a small photo dump of some of the other places we visited before and as we rerouted.

Thank you for joining us, and thanks to all of you who continue to join us in prayer for our granddaughter.
Today’s Encouragement:But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint (Psalm 40:31)
