I saw Your artistry this morning in the wisps of clouds that reflected the first rays of light.

I heard Your song in the voices of the birds greeting the new day, caring for their young.
I tasted Your provision in the hot cup of coffee that teased my wakening taste buds.

I experienced delight in the scent of Jasmine and Mimosa, permeating the early morning air.
I felt Your goodness in the coolness of the breeze not yet overcome by the heat of the day.
And I, as Jeremiah, recalled to my mind –
“It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is Thy faithfulness.” -Lamentations 3:22-23
