Though the haze of this world hides the distant landAnd my eyes cannot see beyond the dawn,Still my heart feels the tug of that peaceful shoreand listens for the echo of its song.Trials here tire my soul and chafe my longing heart.Sorrows weave through days with darkened thread, but the whispers of love that my spirit hearsgive me joy. I have nothing to dread.Step by step I walk on in my Savior’s wayfor I know I am never alone. He gives hope. He gives strength for each step I take, and I know that His grace will lead me home.Such great joy fills my heart as I walk His way;My soul fills with the wonder of His grace. His sweet peace soothes the chaos that the world my bring, as I rest in His love, my hiding place.
Psalm 119:114 Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word.
Psalm 32:7 Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance.
Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
