Shepherds watched in wonder the Child in the manger bed. A lowly stall, the throne of God, Just as the angel said.

Could a birth so humble bring God into sight? A mother mild with one small child will change the world tonight.

Day Star shining brightly in the dark of night. One so small the Lord of all, Everlasting Light.

Into a world of darkness bound by chains of sin, Christ brought Light – everlasting Life – to dawn in the hearts of men.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

II Peter 1:19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:
